I’m Caroline Hill, a registered dietitian passionate about helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence and ease. My mission is to empower you to take control of your health, confidence, and wellbeing through personalised nutrition and holistic support.     3. Food Diary Analysis & Feedback

    Understand how your current eating patterns affect your hormones and metabolism, and receive practical, realistic guidance to help you make small, lasting changes. 

      You’ll also get access to a food tracking app to help you stay mindful of your nutrition between sessions. I’ll guide you on how to use it effectively so it supports your progress without feeling overwhelming.

      4. Ongoing Coaching & Support (5 x 45-minute sessions) – Consistency and support are key to success. These sessions keep you on track, motivated, and confident as you progress.
