About Me I’m Caroline a UK HCPC registered dietitian. I started my career in nutrition and dietetics in 2001 undertaking a BSc in Food and Nutrition at the University of Huddersfield. Upon completion of my undergraduate qualification, I went on to complete a MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Chester. I have worked in the NHS gaining experience and expertise in the dietary management of patients with diabetes, gastroenterology, surgery, critical care and nutrition support. I then pursued a career in medical and scientific affairs for a global medical nutrition company, specialising in gastroenterology, dysphagia & consumer care and gaining experience in marketing, training, event management, regulatory affairs and medical nutrition.
