Hi Iโm Caroline, a registered dietitian with 19 years experience specialising in supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and surgical menopause โ helping them navigate this chapter with confidence and ease. My mission is to empower you to take control of your health, confidence, and wellbeing through personalised nutrition and holistic support. With expert guidance, education, and compassionate care, Iโll help you embrace this life stage with strength, vitality, and balance.
I’ll also let you know โ I’m in perimenopause too. So when I say I understand what you’re going through, I mean it in the most literal sense. That lived experience sits alongside my clinical training, to ensure you feel supported.
After more than a decade of supporting women through this stage of life, I realised that what most needed wasnโt another diet – it was a clear, compassionate plan that actually works for their body, their life and where they are right now. Thatโs why I created Nourish & Thrive.
The Nourish & Thrive Programme
Nourish & Thrive is a personalised high-touch 1:1 menopause nutrition 12-week programme dedicated entirely to you. This isnโt a course, a resource library or a group programme. Itโs me, working with you, one to one, for as long as you need to understand exactly what your body needs and create a plan that fits your real life.
Before we even begin, I spend time getting to know you properly. Your pre-session lifestyle and dietary evaluation gives me a detailed picture of where you are right now – your symptoms, your history, your relationship with food and the specific patterns that are holding you back. By the time we meet for your first session, Iโm already building a picture of what your body needs and how to support it. That level of preparation is part of what makes this programme feel different from anything you’ve tried before.
This programme is for the woman who’s exhausted by feeling out of control in her own body. Who wants to sleep through the night again, stop the 3pm energy crash, feel comfortable in her clothes, and get back to feeling like herself โ only stronger and more knowledgeable than before.

How it works?
Nourish & Thrive combines expert nutrition guidance with compassionate one-to-one support to help you make lasting changes that truly work for your body. Hereโs what your 12-week journey looks like:
Step 1
Pre-session lifestyle & dietary analysis
Before our first session, Iโll send you a comprehensive lifestyle and nutrition questionnaire to complete. This isnโt just a form but a foundation of everything weโll do together. I want to understand your full picture: your symptoms, your medical history, your relationship with food, your daily habits and what youโve tried already. The more I know about you before we meet, the more I can tailor our first session and every session that follows to what you specifically need
Step 2
Initial consultation (60 minutes)
We’ll begin with an in-depth Zoom session where I want to hear everything: your symptoms, your frustrations, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re most desperate to change. Nothing is too small or too embarrassing to bring. Iโll be listening not just to what you say, but to whatโs underneath it – the patterns, the habits, the emotional relationship with food that nobody else has taken the time to understand. This is where we start to build something truly tailored to you.
Step 3
Personalised nutrition plan
You’ll receive a clear, practical, easy-to-follow plan built entirely around you โ your symptoms, your food preferences, your schedule. Clients often tell me this is the moment everything starts to feel manageable: finally, a clear roadmap that makes sense for their body. No guesswork. No overwhelm. Just purposeful, practice guidance that saves you time and puts you back in control and helps you feel genuinely empowered about food for the first time in years.
Step 4
Food diary analysis & feedback
I’ll analyse your food diary and show you exactly how your current eating patterns are affecting your hormones, your energy, and your weight. I’ll give you clear, specific feedback, not generic advice so you know precisely what to adjust and why.
You’ll also get access to a food tracking app to help you stay mindful between sessions. I’ll guide you on how to use it in a way that feels supportive, not obsessive โ helping you spot the patterns that are holding you back and make the small, consistent changes that create genuinely life-changing results.
Step 5
Ongoing coaching & support (5 x 45-minute sessions)
These sessions are where the real work happens. My clients bring everything to these calls: the week that went sideways, the dinner party they were nervous about, the moment they nearly gave up, the small win they weren’t sure counted. We’ll work through it all together, adjusting your plan as your body responds, troubleshooting the moments that feel hard and celebrating the progress thatโs easy to miss when youโre in the middle of it. You’ll walk away from each session feeling clearer, more confident, and more in control .

Email accountability
Youโll never feel alone on this journey. Between sessions, I’m available by email for quick check-ins, questions, or encouragement whenever you need it. My clients use this for all sorts of things: questioning a food choice mid-supermarket, flagging a symptom they’re not sure about, or simply needing a reminder that they’re doing better than they think. What if Iโm already on HRT?
Thatโs completely fine and common. Nutrition and HRT work together. Many of my clients are on HRT and still benefit significantly from this programme for the weight, energy, sleep and relationship with food. Menopause support is a toolkit and this programme helps you build the nutrition piece of it, alongside whatever else youโre doing.
How soon will I see results?
Many clients notice improvements in energy and mood within the first few weeks as blood sugar stabilises and eating patterns shift.
